SanDisk Introduces 1TB's Smallest Pendrive

A SanDisk presented in CES 2018 a prototype of a pendrive which may be considered the smallest USB-C 1TB the world and allows the Pen to be connected directly to the smartphone.

A pendrive of SanDisk's 1 TB is still classified as a prototype, although well advanced, and for this reason we do not yet have any information on price or release date. Although not the maximum storage capacity on a pen, but this is undoubtedly the thinnest model and is also equipped with the new USB-C standard.

The rival Kingston was already offering the DataTraveler Ultimate GT, a pen with up to 2 TB capacity, but its dimensions are far superior to that of Sandisk's new proposal. The new handheld memory was developed for small portable devices.

SanDisk has not reported anything related to pricing or release dates, however, it is likely that the new device will hit the market only next year.
