Seedstars World, the biggest emerging market startup competition is coming to Angola for the fourth time. Seedstars will host a dynamic event of pitching on 12 in October, at 16 hours.
The companies selected for the event Seedstars Luanda can not have more than two years of existence, should have raised a maximum of $ 500 thousand dollars of financing and have a minimum viable product, ideally already with traction. In addition, startups must be regionally and globally adaptable. Seedstars seeks solutions smart, which are focused on developing sustainable and profitable products in the global marketplace.
Seedstars World's primary mission is to highlight emerging market entrepreneurs, especially those whose solutions are aligned with United Nations Sustainable Development Goals. This year the competition will go to more than 75 countries to identify the best start-up entrepreneurs offering them the opportunity to earn up to a million dollars and make contacts with international investors and mentors. Earlier participants raised more than 92 million dollars in total and gave employment to more than 2100 people.

After a careful analysis, the Seedstars team will select about ten of Angola's best startups to perform on 12 in October and qualify to compete at the annual Seedstars Summit in Switzerland.

The selected startups will pitch of three minutes in English, before a jury constituted by representatives of weight in the panorama of the national entrepreneurship.
