A Angola Cables and Cabo Verde Telecom signed yesterday (09) a cooperation agreement to identify synergies to expand connectivity and network capabilities, an agreement with the potential to expand to the commercial area, as well as the area of development of network products and solutions personalized products, which may already be on the market in the coming months.
This information was revealed through an official statement from the Angolan representative, to which MenosFios had access, where the Executive President of the company, Ângelo Gama, in a note says that this partnership is “a first step in a broader strategic collaboration between Angola Cables and CVTelecom”, thus paving the way for the improvement of telecommunications infrastructure and services and “ultimately making a positive contribution to improving digital transformation on the African continent".
On the same note, the PCA informs that several commercial synergies have been identified to allow better routes, access to multiple low-latency network connections that can promote the exchange of data between Cape Verde, Angola and digital ecosystems throughout the West Coast region of Africa and unlock opportunities from Senegal to Angola.
