As expected, Google took advantage of the announcement of the Pixel 8 series to officially launch the new major update to its operating system for mobile phones – the Android 14.
This version of the operating system will be pre-installed on the new Pixel 8 and is also available for download for all Google cell phones starting with the Pixel 4a. Furthermore, Android 14 is expected to be released by the end of the year on the company's latest cell phones. Samsung, iQOO, Nothing, OnePlus, Oppo, Realme, Sharp, Sony, Tecno, Vivo and Xiaomi.

Personalization is one of the great strengths of this generation of Android, offering a wide variety of templates for the lock screen with new clocks, shortcuts and also the ability to change wallpapers.
