For some time now, there has been a lot of talk about iOS 17, with new features on the horizon that at least left many of us curious. After a decade of waiting (10 years of waiting were nothing), fortunately, version 17 of iOS is now completely available for download on the market. iOS has reached a point of stability and maturity that we are all looking for. If you are upgrading from iOS 16, the user will feel at home. Of course, iOS 17 introduces many small and big changes. But iOS 17 won't be a frustrating update. And that's a good thing.
What's new in iOS 17?
In the new version of the system, it is possible to assign personalized contact posters, transfer calendar information with the NameDrop, in addition to accessing the Apple Maps even without being connected to the Internet. Another tool that gained prominence in the system is the journal, a new application that works like a virtual diary, where the user can place texts, images and voice recordings to create memories.
New features were also implemented in relation to stickers in Messages and new features in FaceTime, which now supports recorded messages. With iOS 17, iPhones also gain Standby mode, which turns the cell phone into a table clock smart, this functionality being very similar to that seen in Apple Watch.
