US President Joe Biden expressed support for the law that will be voted on in the House of Representatives next week and which could lead to a ban on TikTok in North American territory.
The law, which will pass through the House of Representatives and later the Senate, will then reach Biden who, in statements last Friday, stated that he has no doubts about what he will do. "If they pass it, I will sign it", said the US president.

TikTok has already expressed itself publicly about these statements, releasing a statement stating that the US government's intention is clear.
"The government is trying to strip 170 million Americans of their constitutional right to free speech", can be read in the statement shared by the website 9to5mac. "This will harm millions of companies, deny artists an audience and destroy the lives of countless content creators across the country".
