On 18, February, Saturday, KiandaHub hosted the event for digital entrepreneurs, StartupDojo Luanda, which is becoming regular.

This February 2017 edition of “StartupDojo - Luanda”Was special, in celebration of the opening of the new headquarters of KiandaHub. Yes, that's how the event started, with the presentation of the new facilities of what is considered the “Startups bunker in Angola“. This presentation was in charge of the main person in charge of KiandaHub, Joel Epalanga, who showed how the new facilities are able to receive more entrepreneurs and with the novelty of small companies being able to use the space.

After familiarizing with KiandaHub's new facilities, we had presentations of new projects in the usual picths session:

1. Silvio Santiago (Project: Ni Murielelu)

Startup has several projects under development, but highlighted an application for household management, family economy and the like.

2. Adilson Dala (Project: Domestika)

To startup Bee, represented by Adilson Dala, presented the application “Domestika”Which aims to facilitate the hiring of professionals for domestic work.

3. Jamit Ngola (Project: Centro Universitário Angola)

Startup TecOn, represented by Jamit Ngola, presented a system to bring universities and their students closer together, with useful information such as “Ranking of universities”, news about the activities of different universities, thus allowing future students to better choose where they intend to study.

4. Firmino Changani (Project - Paya)

LoopLab, presented its new project related to e-commerce: Paya. Yes, this is the project that promises to bring facilities to anyone who wants to create an online store. According to the project description, creating a store will be as easy as creating an account on a social network.

After the presentations of the projects, it was the turn of Carolina Barros to bring the theme “Media Training for Startups”, showing how startups should prepare themselves to “face” the media, what information they should pass on.

To close the event those present at the event gave suggestions for improvement for the startups who performed.
