Mobile Posture

The study is by Dr. Kenneth Hansraj who revealed that many patients who suffer from the same headache problems have to do with poor posture when using the mobile phone.

It is possible that some of the headaches that you may have may be related to your posture in the use of the mobile phone and the weight of your head. According to Dr. Hansraj:

"The head of an adult person weighs between 4 and 6 pounds in a neutral position. When we tilt our head forward, the strength of the neck feels to be about 12 pounds (at 15 degrees), 18 pounds (at 30 degrees), 22 pounds at 45 degrees, and 27 pounds at 60 degrees. "

The headache comes from the fact that this inclination creates a great pressure on the neck and nerves of the spine. These nerves affect the head and are the source of pain. Dr. Hansraj, who is a specialist spine and vertebrae surgeon and published this study in the academic journal Surgery Technological International, goes even further by saying that afterwards these pains can lead, in the long run, to chronic neurological conditions

So be aware of your posture from now on and try to keep your head always as neutral as possible when using your mobile phone.
