Tomorrow (16) begins the 37th edition of Luanda International Fair (FILDA), at the Exhibition Hall of the Luanda-Bengo Special Economic Zone (ZEE EP) to close next Wednesday.
Manuel Nunes, Minister of State for Economic Coordination, will give the opening speech of the event, where in the afternoon session the highlight will be “Startup Summit 2022“, which comes to be the first national digital entrepreneurship summit and will bring together various entrepreneurs in debate to show the potential and address the opportunities of the Angolan market.
Still about theStartup Summit 2022“, according to what was revealed by the organization, the idea is to take advantage of the fact that FILDA brings together a lot of young people, which is why it is intended to place these young people with many good ideas, to be heard by investors and to have a better idea of the that are being done, and in this way to mobilize the banks to “buy” the ideas, make them grow and make them more sustainable to participate more actively in the process of promoting national production.
BUT: FILDA 2022: Promises conditions to attract young national entrepreneurs
The 2022 edition has the theme “Disruptive Technologies as a Factor of Economic Development“, where the latest numbers released by Eventos Arena, organizer of the event, show that 627 companies will be present in this edition, from national to foreign.
More than 10 countries will be represented with official stands, with emphasis on Portugal, Italy, Germany, China, South Korea, South Africa and Namibia.
To inform that the FILDA 2022 edition was initially scheduled for the period from the 12th to the 16th of this month, but the event was rescheduled due to the period of national mourning that the country observed from 9 to 15, in honor of the death due to illness of the former President of the Republic José Eduardo do Santos, on the 08th, in Barcelona, Spain.
