O Viber, a direct competitor of WhatsApp, recently released a new update of its application for iOS and Android. So far nothing extraordinary, the novelty arises in what the new feature allows its users to do.
Now, it will be possible for Viber users to delete messages from their conversations not only from their devices but also from the device of the person they are talking to. For the message to be deleted, just click for a few seconds on the message and soon the option to delete will appear. When selecting it, two options will appear: that of “delete my copy"And"delete all copies".
In all this there is a “snag”, the recipient receives a notification that a message has been deleted, however, it is also possible to delete this notification from both phones, following the same procedure.
The instant messaging service has also ended some restrictions, and it is now possible to send all file types.
