“Against all expectations… tickets for the WebSummit 2021 sold out”, announced, this Sunday, the organization of the technological event, through social networks.

According to the expectations of the event's organizers, it was expected that around 10 participants would attend this year's edition, but fortunately demand turned out to be much higher, reaching 40 tickets sold.

"We can't wait to receive more than 40 of you personally here in Lisbon. Don't miss our great speakers: we'll be streaming the Center Stage live here on Twitter throughout the event“, can be read in the same publication.

On the event website there is already the possibility to pre-register for next year's edition.

The executive president of Web Summit highlighted the climate and the future of work as two of the themes that will be highlighted in this year's edition, which has more than 200 'startups' focused on sustainability.

A startup Pay3 will be Angola's representative at the event, largely because of having won the last edition of the technological contest Unitel Go Challenge. Over the Pay 3, is Fintech startup payment service provider that offers its customers the payment model for products and services in installments with immediate delivery.

BUT: UNITEL takes Paga3 startup to Web Summit 2021

According to information from those responsible, with PAGA3 the problem of product retention is solved, and the service allows a user to pay only the first installment of the product, but takes it immediately without the worry of returning to the store to pay the remaining installments.
