Movicel modernized its services in Benguela with offer of Network 4G

It is well known that Movicel was the first to introduce Africa 4G LTE Network, specifically in Angola, and decided to expand these services in the provinces, which began in Luanda, Cabinda and on 17 2015 November 4G Movicel Network arrived in Benguela province.

Previously, Benguela province relied solely on Movicel's 3G Network, which allowed its customers to only get the speed of 21 Mbps to Upload e Download, with the arrival of the 4G Network, customers now benefit from speeds of 75 Mbps, fully satisfying the needs of their customers in the province in question.

The installation of the 4G Network in Benguela comes within the scope of the implementation of the operator's expansion and improvement plan to meet the needs of its customers. The project lasted about 7 months, counted on 10 teams on the ground, 7 millions of pounds of iron installed and 15 thousand meters of fiber (equivalent to 140 football fields).

It is also important to note that, following its expansion plan, Movicel also plans to open 3 more stores by the end of 2015 in Luanda. The new stores will create 21 new jobs, and will have the new Movicel image “Let's go far".
